Julie Hansen
Julie Hansen, a Development Manager at Aegis, is adept at providing project management services through all phases of projects with over 13 years of experience in the construction field. She is also well-versed in cost analysis.
Currently Julie is working on several projects for Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art and Swarthmore College as well as projects for Jefferson Health and Dickinson College. She has project management experience on lab, office, public, academic, and residential projects.
Julie has a MBA from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, focus in Geotechnical Design, with a Minor in Business from Lehigh University. She is a LEED AP, has a Six-Sigma Greenbelt Certificate, is OSHA 30-hour certified, and an Engineer in Training in PA. She is a Board Member of the East Passyunk Crossing Civic Association.

- Last book I finished Mortal Things by Ned Bachus. Great local author and it’s set in Philadelphia!
- Washing or drying dishes? Definitely prefer washing dishes
- Star Wars or Star Trek? I’ve never seen Star Trek, so I’ll have to go with Star Wars
