John Fuente is a Senior Associate at Aegis with nearly 30 years of construction management experience across sectors.
He has provided project leadership on all types of core and shell and interior renovations in active, occupied spaces while ensuring continuity of use and adherence to budget and schedule. He has significant new construction experience on both brownfield and greenfield sites as well.
John has led many high-profile, complex projects throughout the Philadelphia region for clients like Philadelphia Phillies/Citizens Bank Park, University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Grand View Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia with a focus on academic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and recreational/athletic spaces.
