James Uricchio is a Senior Development Manager at Aegis Property Group, with over 35 years of experience mainly in the healthcare sector. He brings great depth to our team, having worked on large, complex projects for major healthcare providers in PA, NJ, NY, and beyond throughout his career. He is a project management professional with a strong architectural project management background.
Jim is a registered architect in Pennsylvania. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University.
Outside the office:
- In his 14th year of volunteering in his community: Planning & Zoning board member, Green Team member (Sustainable NJ town), helped organize and run town Farmers Market for two years
- He recycles everything possible
- You can always find him working in his yard
- He is a WWII history buff
