Jack A. Garrett
Jack Garrett is an Associate at Aegis Property Group. He is a LEED AP with a MBA in Corporate Finance & Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University.
Jack has provided project management and owner’s representative services to clients in the senior living, higher education, healthcare, and technical fields. Recent/current clients include St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, Bergen-Passaic Surgery Center, Villa Maria Academy, Veltek Associates, Friends House, Jefferson Health, and The Hill at Whitemarsh.
He’s involved with the Construction Management Association of America as well as Design Build Institute of America.
Outside the office:

Window or aisle seat: I definitely prefer the view out the window, but I’ll take a middle seat with more legroom at the front over window or aisle at the rear where the seats are crunched together
