Craig Morton is a Senior Development Manager at Aegis Property Group, currently providing owner’s representative services on several academic projects for Swarthmore College as well as the Academy of Notre Dame, Moorestown Friends School, and The Haverford School.


He has filled the project manager role on institutional projects for clients like Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association in Hopewell, NJ, and The Discovery Center in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia.


Craig has a Masters of Architecture from Yale University. He has Bachelor of Arts in growth and structure of cities and fine arts, painting, from Haverford College. He’s a registered architect in Pennsylvania as well as a LEED AP. He’s involved with the American Institute of Architects, NCARB, and the ACE Mentor Program. He volunteers for the Queen Village Tree Tenders and the Friends of Mario Lanza Park and is a member-at-large of the Meredith Elementary Home & School Association.
