Virtua Health: Medford Medical Center

As a result of a Virtua Medical Group (VMG) Facility Assessment conducted in 2013, Virtua elected to combine two physician practices into the same building as their existing cardiology practice located in the Medford Plaza Shopping Center in Medford, NJ. To renovate the space, Virtua temporarily related their cardiology practice to another facility during the construction phase. The overall project scope included the cardiology practice, the two relocated physician practices, internal medicine and family medicine, and the addition of a blood draw lab and urgent care. Virtua implemented new operating standards for their VMG practices including central team hubs for each practice and central registration for the facility. With the assistance of Aegis, Virtua also standardized their design and finish standards for all the VMG practices. Work also included a new building entrance, façade upgrades and minimal site improvements.
