Location: Washington, D.C.

Architect: Richter Cornbrooks Gribble Architects

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., renovated its Theatre Lab space to enhance the performing and visitor experience. The Theatre Lab houses the Shear Madness production, which has been running consecutively for more than 20 years and is one of the more popular and successful programs in the Kennedy Center.

Aegis Property Group was selected to join the team, led by Richter Cornbrooks Gribble Architects (RCG), to assist and advise RCG and the Kennedy Center in the evaluation of alternate project execution strategies to reduce the overall impact of interrupting the Shear Madness run.
