Tower Health and Drexel University College of Medicine are partnering to develop a new medical school building in Wyomissing, PA, adjacent to Reading Hospital. The new building is being developed by Equus Capital Partners, on behalf of Tower and Drexel, providing a new satellite campus for the College.
Programming includes an anatomy lab/cadaver storage and embalming room, lecture hall, auditorium, classrooms, group study spaces, faculty offices, and a café.
Classes will begin in fall 2021.
Other team members include SLAM Collaborative as architect, LF Driscoll as contractor, AKF for MEP design, Gilmore & Associates for site/civil, and Wiss, Janey, Elstner Associates as facade consultant.
