Centre Square: Lobby Renovations

Centre Square contains two high rise office towers with nearly 3.6 million rentable square feet. $8 million of renovations were made to the building’s lobby, plaza, and connections to Suburban Station, as well as other public spaces. Renovations were phased to maintain existing pedestrian traffic flows through active lobby spaces.

Significant project team members retained for this project include Daroff Design, DDI Architects, and IMC Construction.
