CSC purchased the 115-year old Pennsylvania Railroad Building on the riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware, to reposition the historic building into a transformative workspace.

The building is a coworking space and innovation hub. It can be used as a coworking space so a business can run an office there, or individuals can get a desk/office on a day pass to work. The space is also equipped to host events.

Project amenities include outside seating area, concierge service, phone booths, black and white printing, complimentary water and coffee, wellness room, café seating, bike racks, parking, and immediate access to the Amtrak SEPTA station steps away from the building.

The project is more than an innovative space, it is driving community building as well. The sixth floor is currently dedicated as study lounges and spaces for Delaware’s college students, as a way for CSC to give back to the local community. The conference room tables and desks were built in Wilmington with help from the Challenge Program, which provides vocational training for Delaware’s at-risk youth.
