Richard Neuman

Richard Neuman is a Senior Associate at Aegis Property Group, skilled in the management of complex, multifaceted space planning and workplace solutions, tenant fitouts, and large facility redesigns. He is a long-time owner’s representative and project manager and is based out of Long Island, NY.


Prior to joining Aegis, Rich accumulated over 25 years of experience as an owner’s representative on commercial, industrial, interiors, and development projects; and  served as project executive for commercial and industrial clients on assignments ranging from corporate interiors to ground up development.


He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ithaca College. He is a member and immediate past president of the International Facility Management Association, Long Island Chapter and a member of the Commercial Industrial Broker’s Society, CoreNet Global, the Melville Chamber of Commerce, the Hauppauge Industrial Association, the Long Island Association, and the Long Island Business Development Council. Richard was the Past Programs Committee Chairman for the U.S. Green Building Council, Long Island Chapter.


Rich is OSHA 10 construction certified. He is also an approved GSA Federal contractor with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM FSC) since 2015 and an approved contractor with the Federal Bureau of Investigation since 2016.


He is president of Charity Clay Shoot, NY, Inc., which organizes charity clay outings for real estate and construction industries to raise funds for local charities. He is also the publisher/blogger of
