The Union League of Philadelphia is one of the city’s most venerable institutions. With over 2,500 members, the club provides restaurant, conference, health club and residential services in its landmark building on South Broad Street.

Anticipating celebration of its 150th Anniversary in 2013, the League restored the exterior of the original and historically registered League House built in 1865 and 1909. Work included full façade restoration of the eight-floor, full block facility including the reconstruction of Broad Street and 15th Street entries, Samson Street entry canopy, Broad Street roof tower, cresting and cupula and roof replacement.

The project architect was DPK&A and the construction manager was Daniel J. Keating.
