Beginning in the preconstruction phase we can assist in the selection of the site to be developed and the overall management of the design process. Furthermore we can organize the funding and obtain the permits and approvals necessary for construction. During the construction phase, our services range from oversight of a Landlord's contractor, to full management of site development, building construction, technology, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) and relocation services. We have performed this work in low, mid, and high rise buildings in urban and suburban locations.
