Project Feasibility/Site Selection
693 Alexander Road
693 Alexander Road was purchased by Princeton University in August 2008. This facility of approximately 48,000 s.f. is intended to provide a combination of storage space for various university organizations and temporary office swing space for various university organizations to occupy while their primary facilities are undergoing renovation on Main Campus.
When acquired, the building was in an incomplete shell condition. The project scope will include completing core and shell construction and a phased interior fit-out as initial occupants are identified.
The project team includes KSS Architects and AKF Engineers. The contractor is V.J. Scozzari & Sons.
The core shell work and first tenant fit-out work was completed in December 2008. The programming of the remaining phases is currently underway.
