Project Description:

Westminster Manor is a lifecare community located in Austin, TX.  In operation for over 30 years, Westminster Manor offers a continuum of care including independent living units and skilled nursing.  Currently, Westminster Manor does not offer assisted living unit.  The existing campus and its offerings have been the subject of a recent review by Board and staff, assisted by an architectural firm.  The plans that have been developed thus far call for the replacement of the 90-bed skilled nursing facility and expansion of the independent living component. 

Aegis Property Group Role:

Westminster Manor retained Aegis Lifescapes, LLC as its Project Manager to manage the Critical Review Phase of this project.  Aegis Property Group’s focus is planning, team formation and management of the design, permitting and construction processes.

The Diocese of Trenton retained Aegis Property Group to provide Project Management/Owner's Representation Services in their development of this project. More specifically, Aegis Property Group staff provided technical support to the Owner in master planning, design evaluation, budgeting and contractor oversight.
