CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY
In early August 2003, Towers Perrin announced their decision to relocate their Southern New Jersey call center operations to Woodcrest Corporate Center, Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The new location, a long vacant 335,000 square foot steel fabrication plant, will underwent a substantial conversion by its Owner to upgrade the building core and shell to accommodate Towers Perrin's 200,000 square foot requirement and other prospective tenants. The building is owned by a partnership of O'Neil Properties and Strategic Realty Investments, LLC. A team of H2L2 and Wick Fisher White provided the Tenant Improvement architectural engineering services. Turner Construction was the Tenant Improvement general contractor. The first 85,000 square feet was occupied in July 2004 with the balance in occupied in October 2004.
