This multi-phased office complex is located on a six acre site adjacent to the New Jersey State House campus and was masterplanned for $200 million, 1.4 million square feet of office and retail use. Phase I included a 300,000 square foot, 14-story office building (50 West State Street) and a 360 car garage, which were completed in 1989 at a cost of approximately $42 million. The complex is fully occupied with State and private tenants. A 12-story, 320,000 square foot Phase II Building has been completely designed.
