Schnader, Harrison, Segal and Lewis, LLP is one of Philadelphia's largest law firms, and has occupied offices at 1600 Market Street for nearly twenty years. In order to improve efficiency and consolidate operations, Schnader opted to implement a major reorganization, including an ambitious renovation on seven floors in 1600 Market Street, to update and refurbish their space. OPX, LLC from Washington, DC was retained as architect and Clemens Construction Company was selected as contractor.
