PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
The oldest Catholic high school in America is located in downtown Philadelphia and completed a 13,000 square foot expansion of its original school building in September 1998. The two floor addition includes cafeteria/auditorium, classrooms and a media center. The school has completed a related renovation program in the historically certified, older building. The full project cost was approximately $5 million.
Roman Catholic completed McSherry Annex in September 2006 consisting of comprehensive renovations of a 24,000 s.f. former City Building on an adjacent property into an athletic facility, classrooms and alumni offices. This is the first phase of a proposed $25 million expansion of the Main Campus Complex to include new competition gymnasium, 8 classrooms and related renovations to existing building spaces.
