PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY
Beginning in 2003, Princeton University retained AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP as Program Manager for the following assignments:
- Environmental Safety Risk Management assessment of 108 buildings for fire code and life safety deficiencies. A risk assessment methodology was developed to guide the prioritization of remedial actions. Implementation is underway.
- Capital Program Management Process assessment. In the context of a three fold increase in capital spending ($1 billion over 7 years) the Facilities Organization reviewed their existing Project Management processes, procedures and resources. Refinements have been made and implementation began in July 2003.
- Housing Master Plan Update. AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP has assembled a team that is assessing need to renew, replace and expand the inventory of Graduate Student and Faculty/Staff Housing as part of the overall Housing Master Plan Update. Options being studied include greenfield development and redevelopment of existing sites owned by the University and potential acquisition sites.
