	CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY This 11-story, 175,000 square foot multi-tenant building is located adjacent to the Thomas H. Kean New Jersey State Aquarium on Camden's waterfront. This $30 million facility is owned and occupied by the Delaware River Port Authority, the bi-state agency responsible for bridge, port and public transit operations in the mid-Atlantic. Other public and private sector tenants also occupy the building. The development team included Michael Graves, Architect and the Turner Construction Company.

Aegis Property Group Role:

The Delaware River Port Authority retained AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP as Development Manager, with full responsibility for directing planning, design, construction and leasing of this headquarters facility. In addition, AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP also managed design, procurement and installation of DRPA's and all other tenant's fitout including, telecommunications and FF&E systems. AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP provided ongoing project management services for reconfiguration and realignment tenant fitout projects for the Delaware River Port Authority's changing business requirements.
