LAWRENCEVILLE, NEW JERSEY

Morris Hall in Lawrenceville, NJ has been providing high quality care to senior citizens for over 100 years.  Today it offers both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care to over 200 residents on a 35-acre campus that is shared with St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center.  Both Morris Hall and St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center are operated under the auspices of The Roman Catholic Diocese of Trenton.  Recently, strategic planning by the management and board of these facilities has resulted in a desire to assess the feasibility of improving or expanding services to seniors.  To that end, they conducted a Feasibility Study and Market Assessment in late 2004 and 2005.  Currently the team is marketing the planned community, Rosecliff, and design is underway.  Central team members include the architectural firm of SFCS, Spectrum Marketing as marketing consultant and Van Note Harvey Engineers.

Morris Hall retained Aegis Property Group as its Project Manager during the Feasibility Study and retained Aegis Lifescapes, LLC for the implementation of the project.
