Medford Leas is an Accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with its main campus in Medford, NJ amid a 164 acre arboretum and nature preserve. Strong foresighted planning has allowed Medford Leas to creatively address market-driven changes, resulting in a dynamic community that continues to seek its standing among the finest CCRC's in the nation. A Master Planning process has addressed all aspects of future programs, services and facility needs. The team completed the Schematic Design Phases for a project that replaces the current healthcare center, renovates the community center, improves the fitness center and expands the residential units. Central team members include the architectural firms of John Gibson Martin, AIA and SFCS, H. J. Sims as its investment advisor, Larson Allen as feasibility consultant, Gerontological Services, Inc. as marking consultant and KSA Engineers.
