MOORESTOWN, NEW JERSEY

Lockheed Martin Corporation's Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems executed Lease Agreements with Centerton Road, LLC ("Landlord") for two 80,000 square foot office buildings in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with an option for a third. McGillen Architecture, Inc. completed the architectural design of both core and shell and tenant improvement work. Whitesell Construction was selected as General Contractor for both core and shell and Tenant improvement work. Initial occupancy of the first two buildings was executed in April 2003 with delivery scheduled for May 2004.
