The Evergreens® ("The Evergreens"), located in historic Moorestown, New Jersey is one of the premier continuing care retirement communities in New Jersey and the greater Delaware Valley. The Evergreens has proudly carried out its "commitment to provide older adults with the support, dignity and security of a residential health facility" for over 85 years. Today, The Evergreens faces a big challenge - the need to improve the facilities that provide the core healthcare and to update the community center to provide the types of services mandated by active seniors. Beginning in approximately 2001, The Evergreens set forth a master plan analysis which aimed at addressing this complex challenge. By late 2005, following several years of discussions with NJDEP, The Evergreens decided to update the project's financial analysis. In 2006, it authorized certain aspects of the design phase. The Evergreens team consists of Larson Allen as Financial Feasibility Consultant, Third Age as Marketing Consultant, Kanelstein-Danton as Architect and The Wohlsen Construction Company.
