Dunwoody Village is an accredited, not-for-profit Continuing Care Community (CCRC) located on 83 acres in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Existing residential facilities include 198 apartments, 65 country homes and a Care Center with 41 private personal care rooms and 81 private skilled nursing rooms. In order to better serve its residents, Dunwoody Village developed a 40 bed $5 million assisted living expansion of the Care Center, including 20 rooms dedicated to residents afflicted with dementia related illnesses.
