The Coriell Institute for Medical Research is a internationally recognized, non-profit, biomedical research institution founded in 1953. In order to address its dynamic growth, Coriell developed a 24,000 s.f., three story addition to its headquarters building. Uses combine office laboratory and expanded cryogenic cell storage facilities. The development team included McGillin Architecture, Inc. and R. M. Shoemaker Co. (construction manager). The Project cost is approximately $5.6 million and completion occurred in October, 1999.
