Princeton Forrestal Center is a 2,000 acre masterplanned office park in Princeton, New Jersey. Over 5 million square feet of office development has been completed and major corporate users include Merrill Lynch, Bristol Myers Squibb, Siemens and American Reinsurance Co. 650 College Road is a 168,000 square foot, four story multi-tenant office building on a 12 acre site. Ballinger (Design) and L. F. Driscoll (Construction) were project team members. The building includes such fine tenants as Princeton eCom, an electronic payments provider, Axens, N.A., formerly the petrochemical firm of IFP Group, and British Telecom.
