OWEGO, NEW YORK - Lockheed Martin Systems Integration celebrated the topping out of steel erection on the 176,000 square foot Presidential Helicopter Integration facility. Aegis Property Group has provided Project Management services to Lockheed Martin since pre-construction on this project. The two companies continue to work together in a relationship that has lasted more than 10 years.

This is a significant milestone in the approximately 18-month construction project. In combination with roof and exterior wall construction, substantial completion of the building "shell" assures protection from winter weather conditions for the significant work that must take place on the interior of the building to ensure an "on-schedule" completion of the facility. Extensive site work is already complete on this highly visible site, which is situated at the main entrance to the Lockheed Martin Campus in Owego, New York.
