PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce that its Project Management Group is assisting Chestnut Hill Academy with the complete renovation of its historic Commons building and construction of a new middle school gymnasium, scheduled for completion and occupation for the Fall 2006 semester. Highlights of the project include a new modernized expanded kitchen, servery and dining hall, construction of a new multi-use gymnasium, a school "Hall of Fame" and extensive landscaping of the green between the main school building and the new athletic and Common's facilities. This project is the first phase in a $25 million, 3 phase campus wide master plan. Aegis was retained in 2003 to assist CHA in the development and implementation of that plan over the next 5 years.
Chestnut Hill Academy, is a private primary and secondary boys school founded in 1861 and located on the grounds of the historic former Wissahickon Inn in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, PA. Chestnut Hill Academy is recognized as one of the premier schools in the Philadelphia region.
