PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce the completion of the first phase of a nine year capital improvements master plan at the Union League of Philadelphia. Aegis Property Group has been retained to provide comprehensive Project Management Services with full responsibility for project team selection, planning, design, construction and occupancy of this complex renovation and construction project.

Phase I of the plan involved a complete renovation of the members' section of the club with significant upgrades to twelve rooms including a new bar, new sitting rooms, a business center and new restroom facilities, all located on the first floor of the original portion of the oldest section of the building located on Broad Street.

The Union League of Philadelphia is one of the nation's most historic private clubs. The membership includes Philadelphia's leaders in the realms of business, education, religion, the arts, healthcare, and technology. The classic French Renaissance-styled League House, which was built in 1861 and occupies an entire city block in the center of Philadelphia's commerce and cultural district, is listed in the National Historic Register.

Aegis has also assisted the Union League in other exciting projects, including the restoration of The Inn at the League, the Union League Garage, and a new fitness center.
