LAWRENCEVILLE, NEW JERSEY - AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP is pleased to announce that its Development Management Group has recently been retained by Morris Hall/ St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center Inc. to prepare a senior living feasibility analysis.
 
In keeping with the resident-service oriented missions of the respective institutions, MH/SLRC has recently identified a strategic objective of improving its service to area residents by enhancing the residential living component of its facilities. Specifically, it has identified a goal of understanding the potential for independent senior housing as part of the continuum of care that it offers to the community.
 
To that end, MH/SLRC has retained AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP to organize a planning process and to develop a conceptual feasibility study to address market, technical and financial issues pertaining to such a development. AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP has provided similar Development Management Services to owners and users of real estate since 1980.
