PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - Aegis Property Group is proud to announce that its Project Management Team has been retained by The Evergreens - a continuing care retirement community in Moorestown, NJ - to complete an Evaluation Phase for a potential extensive facilities expansion. Having embarked on a master plan beginning in 2001, The Evergreens realized that it would need to comprise a team of specialists, planners and a Project Manager.

Aegis Property Group has been retained to directly oversee the project planning and design of the multi-phase master plan established by The Evergreens. Parts of the proposed project include the renovation and addition of several Independent Living Units, a complete renovation of the kitchen facilities, and construction of a new Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Facility.
