Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce that Janney Montgomery Scott has renewed their lease at Lower Makefield Corporate Center for a five year term.

Located at the Yardley-Newtown exit of Interstate 95, Lower Makefield Corporate Center's two campuses now include a total of 465,000 square feet of Class A office space, a 137-room Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel, and a freestanding financial services branch facility for Charles Schwab. In addition, the South Campus has 106,000 s.f. under construction, for delivery in June, 2005, and the capacity for an additional 87,000 square feet of office space.
