PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - In early August 2003, Towers Perrin announced its decision to relocate its Southern New Jersey call center operations to the Woodcrest Corporate Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Aegis Property Group was chosen to oversee the project on behalf of Tower Perrin.

Aegis' role included the selection of the general contractor, coordination of all team members' activities and managing the diverse requirements of Towers Perrin, along with overall management of the project budget and schedule. Towers Perrin took occupancy of the first 85,000 square feet in July 2004 with the balance in October 2004, on time and under budget.

The new location, a long vacant 335,000 square foot steel fabrication plant, underwent a substantial conversion by the landlord to upgrade the building core and shell to accommodate Towers Perrin's 200,000 square foot requirement. The design team consisted of H2L2 and Wick Fisher White while Turner Construction was selected as the general contractor.
