Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce that Stevens & Lee, P.C. has signed a (5 year.) lease for 15,513 square feet at 600 College Road East ("Arbor 600").

Stevens & Lee was founded in 1928 and has grown into a professional services firm of over 180 lawyers and more than 40 non-lawyer business and consulting professionals. Each of our lawyers is involved in a high-end specialty area of the law and practices out of thirteen offices located in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Located in Princeton Forrestal Center, Arbor 600 combines a unique wooded site with the design and technical standards required by today's Class A office tenants. The building is owned by BPG Properties, Ltd. who, together with Aegis Property Group, also owns 650 College Road and 750 College Road, the newest developments in Princeton Forrestal Center. The three buildings total over 500,000 square feet, and offer superb Class A space, with cafes in each building.
