JAMESBURG, NEW JERSEY - Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce the grand opening of a Residential Health Care Facility owned and operated by SERV Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. Aegis' Project Management Group was retained by SERV for Project Management services from pre-construction through construction and close-out of the project.

The Jamesburg facility is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and was financed through tax-exempt bonds issued by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

SERV Behavioral Health System is a private, not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization serving adults and children working to recover from and cope with a serious mental illness or developmental disability. The name of SERV Behavioral Health System, founded in 1974, stands for Social, Educational, Residential and Vocational.
