Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce that Dolby Laboratories has signed a five year lease on 4,125 s.f. at Lower Makefield Corporate Center.

Located at the Yardley-Newtown exit of Interstate 95, Lower Makefield Corporate Center's two campuses now include a total of 465,000 square feet of Class A office space, a 137-room Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel, and a freestanding financial services branch facility for Charles Schwab. In addition, the South Campus has 106,000 s.f. under construction, for delivery in June, 2005, and the capacity for an additional 87,000 square feet of office space.

Dolby Laboratories develops and delivers products and technologies that make the entertainment experience more realistic and immersive. For nearly four decades, Dolby has been in the forefront of defining high-quality audio and surround sound in cinema, broadcast, home audio systems, cards, DVDs, headphones, games, televisions and person computers.

The Lower Makefield Corporate Center is owned by a partnership between BPG Properties, Ltd. and DeLuca Enterprises, Inc. interests.
