In 2002, AEGIS PROPERTY GROUP was retained by Medford Leas, one of the largest and most respected Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the region, to lead its team of consultants and designers in a Master Plan Study of its 165-acre arboretum-style campus in Medford, NJ. Since its founding in 1971, Medford Leas has been sponsored by The Estaugh, a Quaker non-profit organization that sponsors residential communities for older adults and is dedicated to serving their personal and community needs. Medford Leas, an accredited CCRC, offers a wide variety of housing and services packages. It enjoys a fine reputation, earned for its attractive residences and coordinated system of services for the health and well being of its residents. Strong foresighted planning has allowed Medford Leas to creatively address market-driven changes, resulting in a dynamic facility that now seeks to address the needs of future residents.
 
In early 2004 the team commenced schematic design for a new health care facility, renovated community center, expanded fitness facility and new independent living units. APG leads a strong team of senior living experts on this project, including: designers SFCS and John Martin, marketing expert Gerentological Services, financial feasibility consultant Larson Allen, underwriter H.J. Sims and civil engineer, KSA. James L. Price is responsible for this project.
