Aegis Property Group is pleased to announce that BT Americas, Inc. has signed a 7 year ease for 14,706 square feet at 650 College Road.

BT Americas Inc. (BT) is a part of BT Global Services, BT's business services and solutions division, serving customers worldwide. As an information and communications technology service provider, BT Global Services provides integrated data and value-added services to meet the European needs of global multi-site corporates and the global needs of European corporates. In the Americas, BT has had a presence since 1988. Today, BT has 1,800 professionals on the ground in the U.S. and operates a network infrastructure across the continental US, Canada and Latin America. BT has multiple sales and support centers nationwide and provides business solutions, broadcast solutions, conferencing technologies, carrier services and consulting services.

Located in Princeton Forrestal Center, 650 College Road combines a unique wooded site with the design and technical standards required by today's Class A office tenants. The building is owned by a partnership of Aegis Property Group and BPG Properties, Ltd. interests, who also owns 750 College Road. Aegis Property Group also represents 600 College Road, with the three buildings totalling over 500,000 square feet of superb Class A space, with cafes in each building.
