PHILADELPHIA (January 10, 2007) - Bob Stoeckle, Principal and Development Director for Aegis, announced that the real estate development and management firm in Philadelphia has been selected to provide program and conceptual design process assistance to Moorestown Friends School (MFS), located in Moorestown, NJ. MFS recently acquired the former Acme Supermarket property on Chester Avenue and the property at 66 East Main Street that will provide an additional 30,000 square feet of space for classrooms and labs to support academic programs in their Lower, Middle and Upper Schools. The project is scheduled to begin construction in fall, 2007.

"This is a bold move for MFS," said Stoeckle. "This project involves the expansion of the school to a non-contiguous property across Main Street. At Aegis we are excited to help MFS make this innovative vision a reality."

Aegis has assisted MFS in the process of retaining Marathon Engineering, as the project's civil engineer, and Voith & Mactavish as the architect for the renovation of the newly acquired properties. Aegis will also assist MFS in their preparations to submit plans to the Moorestown Township Planning Board. MFS is targeting fall, 2008 as the project completion date.
