This project involves the construction of a 143,000 six-story office building named Stonegate II and is the second such building on the Lockheed Martin campus at Chantilly.

Aegis Property Group has been retained to assist in the developer selection.  The real estate company will provide oversight of the developer activities through  completion, at which time the facility will become high security and remain under the direct management of Lockheed Martin Corporation.
