New Presidential Helicopter in Owego, NY
PHILADELPHIA (October 19, 2006) - Aegis Property Group, a real estate development and management firm in Philadelphia, PA, continues to support Lockheed Martin with the development of the new Marine One, the official Presidential Helicopter. Making significant progress, Lockheed Martin moved the original test aircraft to its Owego, NY, facility this week. Aegis has provided Lockheed Martin with development management services at the Owego facility since the $30 million dollar project’s inception this past June.

Aegis Property Group Partners with Lifescapes to Oversee Development of
$90 Million Senior Living Center in Lawrenceville, NJ
PHILADELPHIA (September 14, 2006) – Aegis Property Group, a real estate development and management firm in Philadelphia, announced today a joint venture in which it will oversee the project management of a new senior living facility for Morris Hall/St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center, Inc. (MH/SLRC) – a continuing care retirement community in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Aegis has partnered with Lifescapes, a senior living consulting and development firm with offices in Philadelphia and Atlanta, to manage the entire project development process from planning through implementation. Current estimates suggest that the total project, including financing costs, will reach nearly $90 million. |

Aegis Property Group Oversees $13 Million Expansion of ReCAP Library Facility
PHILADELPHIA (July, 2006) – Robert Rittenhouse, Principal and Development Director of Aegis Property Group, a real estate development and management firm in Philadelphia, recently announced that Aegis has been retained by The Research Collections and Preservation Consortium (ReCAP) to serve as project manager for “Module V.” The project is a $13 million expansion of ReCAP’s library materials facility in Princeton, NJ. ReCAP is a consortium of Columbia University, the New York Public Library and Princeton University, that owns, occupies and operates the library facility on Princeton’s Forrestal Campus.  |

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – Executives from Aegis Property Group, a real estate development and management firm in Philadelphia, were on hand for the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new Presidential Helicopter Integration Facility in Owego, NY. Aegis served as project management consultant during the facility’s design and construction on behalf of Lockheed Martin – which will develop the aircraft, named Marine One – in developing the $30 million, 176,000 square foot building.  |
