Aegis Role:
Rosemont School of the Holy Child retained Aegis Property Group, following conceptual architectural design, preliminary financial planning and zoning and planning approval processes for the project. Aegis provided project management services for the remainder of the design phases and through the construction phases of the project, successfully leading all three phases of the master plan implementation.
