Aegis Property Group was retained by Villanova University to provide complete project management services including assisting in selection of the architect and construction manager, conceptual estimating and development of the project budget, design phase leadership, assistance in the permitting process, construction phase management, procurement and coordination of FF&E and owner’s work and relocation requirements.
