DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Wale Mabogunje is a Development Manager with Aegis Property Group. His current assignments include Morris Hall-Rosecliff, Whitney Center, Virtua-Washington Township, American Cancer Society and The Barnes Foundation’s New Art Education Center located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Wale was a Project Manager at the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems Facilities, Planning & Design, where he was responsible for performing on site construction management for the $200 million Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine and facilitating user group review of overall program design.
Mr. Mabagunje also worked for Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia and has been involved with:
- Healthcare: York Hospital, St. Luke's Hospital, Virtua Memorial Hospital,
- Pharmaceutical: Aventis Pasteur
, Research 2 Launch
- Institutional: University of Pennsylvania Vet School, Pennsylvania School for the Deaf
- Other: USAirways Terminal 1, Lincoln Financial Field and National Constitution Center.
Wale is a graduate of Temple University, where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He also received his Masters in Business Administration, International Business at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
