PRINCIPAL AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Timothy M. Calliganis a Principal and Development Director of Aegis Property Group with responsibilities for the company’s Development Management activities.  Tim has over $950 million of development management experience as noted below:

• Corporate: Camden Aerospace Center, Drinker, Biddle & Reath - Princeton, Drinker, Biddle & Reath - Philadelphia, Schnader Law, Berwind Corporation, BPG Properties, Ltd., FMC Corporation, 750 College Road, Gallery Tower, Lower Makefield Corporate Center.
• Educational: Roman Catholic High School, Chestnut Hill Academy, New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation-Camden, University of Pennsylvania-3500 Market Street.
• Institutional: WHYY-New Technology Center, Montgomery County Public Safety & Educational Training Center, Wagner Free Institute of Science, Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation-DSCP.
• Hospitality: Union League of Philadelphia, Melrose Hotel-Washington, DC, Melrose Hotel-New York.
• Senior Living: Dunwoody Village.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Tim was an Associate at Maguire Thomas Partners, where he performed similar project management functions at Commerce Square, Philadelphia, PA. He was also a Project Coordinator for six years at I. M. Pei and Partners in New York, where his most significant experience included work on the Meyerson Symphony Center, Dallas, TX and Johnson & Johnson Corporate Headquarters, New Brunswick, NJ and Raffles City, Republic of Singapore.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University and received an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia University. He is a licensed architect in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Tim is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a Member of the American Institute of Architects and Urban Land Institute. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
