DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Steve Nonnemaker is a Development Manager with Aegis Property Group. His current assignments include Amtrak’s Parking Deck Replacement Project and Villanova University’s Law School Garage.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Steve was a Structural Engineer at Di Genova Associates, where he was responsible for structural engineering and project management of multi-million dollar buildings including industrial, retail, commercial, institutional and pharmaceuitical.

Throughout his eight years of experience in the building industry, Steve has been the lead project engineer for pharmaceutical clients including Merck, Shire, Teva, Wyeth, and retail clients including CVS, Walgreens, PetSmart and Shop Rite. He has also been involved with several multi-story office buildings and warehouse facilities.

Steve is a graduate of Drexel University, where he received a B.S. in Civil & Architectural Engineering. He also received his Masters in Business Administration at Villanova University.
