DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reed Wilmerding is Development Manager of Aegis Property Group. He has concentrated on preconstruction and construction related activities. Mr. Wilmerding's current assignments include projects at Chestnut Hill Academy, and extensive lobby improvements at Centre Square in Philadelphia.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Mr. Wilmerding was Project Manager at The Parec-CYMA Group, Inc. where he was responsible for the construction management of several multi-million dollar estate homes and additions throughout Montgomery County PA. He also worked as a leasing agent and marketing director for the company's commercial real estate affiliate.

Mr. Wilmerding is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he received a B.A. in History of Art; he also is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
