PRINCIPAL AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Robert C. Stoeckle is a Principal and Development Director of Aegis Property Group with responsibilities for the company’s Development Management activities. Bob is currently the Development Director for The Barnes Foundation’s New Art Education Center, the Villanova University Law School, a 170,000 s.f. Law Building and a 600 space parking garage, the Virtua Health Washington Township Ambulatory Care Center fitout and Moorestown Friends School campus expansion. Bob recently completed his role as Development Director for the Fulton County Medical Center, a replacement hospital and long-term care facility in South Central Pennsylvania, and a consulting role for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the preconstruction phase of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion.
Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Bob was with Turner Construction Company’s Philadelphia Office for 26 years. During his tenures as Manager of Preconstruction Services and Chief Estimator, Bob developed unmatched expertise in conceptual cost estimating, value analysis, and project planning and scheduling. In addition to these roles, Bob was also Operations Manager, General Manager of Special Projects Division, a separate Turner operating unit, and General Manager of Turner’s Healthcare Division

- Higher Education: Cabrini College Science and Technology Center, Gwynedd Mercy College Science Building, Cornell University Theory Center, Cornell University Library, Villanova University Liberal Arts Center and Princeton University Computer Science Center.
- Healthcare: York Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital, Pocono Medical Center, Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Albany Medical Center, Deaconess Skilled Nursing Facility and Ellis Hospital.
- High-Rise/Corporate: Rhone Poulenc Rorer World Headquarters and Research Center, Lockheed Martin Power & Communications Center, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Glaxo-SmithKline Headquarters and Prudential Eastern Home Office.
- Institutional: Cabrini College Science and Technology Center, Gwynedd Mercy College Science Building, Cornell University Theory Center, Cornell University Library, Villanova University Liberal Arts Center and Princeton University Computer Science Center.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology from Temple University.
